Wallet
Prepaid balance that pays for your deliveries.
Katch merchant accounts are either wallet (prepaid) or invoice (billed weekly or monthly). Ask your account manager which one you are on.
Wallet accounts
The delivery fee is deducted from your wallet when a task is created. If your balance is below the required minimum, task creation is rejected, so keep it topped up.
Check balance
GET /tasks/wallet-balance returns { "walletAmount": 125.5 }.
Top up with KNET
POST /tasks/wallet-topup returns a KNET payment link.
- Minimum top-up is 5 KWD, up to 3 decimals.
- The link expires after 24 hours.
- Your wallet is credited automatically once the payment completes.

Invoice accounts
No balance check is applied. Deliveries are collected into an invoice on your billing cycle.
